Is there a free plan?+
Yes. You can create and edit websites for free. Free sites use a 4-character preview password on the public link and have limits on custom domains and AI editor usage. Upgrade a site to Premium to remove the password and unlock more features.
How much does Premium cost?+
Premium is $7.97/month or $47/year per site — not per account. Each website you upgrade needs its own license. You can manage billing separately for every site in your dashboard.
What does Premium include?+
Premium removes the public preview password, lets you connect a custom domain, and increases your AI section generation quota in the editor. Your site stays live and editable either way.
What is the 7-day money-back guarantee?+

How do I cancel?+
Open your site in the dashboard, go to Billing, and click Cancel subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the current billing period, then the site returns to the free plan.
Can I use my own domain?+
Yes, with an active Premium license for that site. Connect your domain from the dashboard and follow the DNS instructions. Free sites use a makewebsite.now subdomain or password-protected preview link.
Do I own my website content?+
Yes. You own the text, images, and materials you add. We host your site and process content only to provide the service, including AI features you request.
How does AI editing work?+
You can add new sections or edit existing ones with a text prompt — change headlines, colors, layout, or images. Click an element in the preview to focus edits. AI outputs should always be reviewed before publishing.
Can I have multiple websites?+
Yes. One account can manage multiple sites. Each Premium site requires its own subscription license.
How do contact forms work?+
Contact and lead forms on your published site send submissions to your dashboard CRM tab, where you can view and manage leads.
