These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of HaWa(the "Service"), operated by TechOven Solutions("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, generating a website, or purchasing Premium, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
HaWa is an AI-assisted website builder. You can create, edit, and publish websites on our platform. Premium features are licensed per website, not per user account.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of text, images, and other materials you add to your website. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate the Service (including AI editing features you request).
You agree not to publish unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful content. We may suspend or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
4. Premium subscriptions
Premium is billed at $7.97/month or $47/year per site through our payment partner (Freemius). Each Premium license unlocks one site. Prices are in USD and may change with notice; existing subscriptions are honored for their current billing period.
Free sites may include usage limits (such as preview password protection, custom domain restrictions, and AI generation quotas). See our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for billing details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, reverse engineer, or overload the Service or its APIs.
- Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or phishing content.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization.
- Circumvent billing, license, or security controls.
6. AI-generated content
AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing. We do not guarantee that AI-generated sections meet legal, regulatory, or industry requirements for your business.
7. Custom domain & hosting
Connecting a custom domain requires an active Premium license for that site. We provide hosting for sites created on the platform subject to fair-use limits. We may take sites offline for maintenance, security, or Terms violations.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechOven Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
